Paws 4 Wine is a dog friendly, US Navy Veteran family owned and operated boutique wine tasting establishment in Rockwall County, Texas. We welcome humans to take "paws", taste wine, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life while watching your fur babies play in our dog yard.
Our mission is to offer a warm and inviting environment, to host pet adoption events, to donate to local animal shelters, and to honor our dedicated Military Veterans, Educators, and First Responders by offering discounts on tastings and purchases.

Introduction:
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Guest,” “you,” or “your”) and Paws4Wine (“Paws4Wine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our facilities, including our dog yard and any related amenities or services. By entering, accessing, or using Paws4Wine facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies or rules incorporated by reference. Paws4Wine may revise these Terms periodically, and continued use of the facility following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Facility Description and Use:
Welcome to Paws4Wine, a space where pets and their humans can relax, play, and enjoy time together responsibly. All pets must remain on-leash except within the designated off-leash Dog Play Area. The facility may be used for lawful activities such as dog training and socialization. Paws4Wine does not provide pet care, grooming, boarding, or veterinary services. A self-service pet wash station is available for your convenience. Guests are solely responsible for the safety, health, and behavior of their pets at all times. Paws4Wine provides drinking water, waste bags, and disposal bins, as well as a supervised-use pond for pets.
Guest Responsibilities:
Guests must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility rules. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly, and a sober, designated driver must be arranged for transportation. Guests must act with honesty, integrity, and respect toward all patrons, staff, and third parties. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited. Guests may not misrepresent their identity, provide false information, or engage in unsafe or illegal activities. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, possess, or consume alcohol. Guests under 21 must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Providing or permitting alcohol consumption by minors is strictly prohibited. Guests are solely responsible for their own conduct and safety, the conduct of any individuals or pets accompanying them, and any damage, injuries, or losses resulting from their actions or omissions. Paws4Wine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require the immediate removal of any guest or pet whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or damaging, and may impose temporary or permanent bans from the facility without prior notice or further consent.
Animal Health and Behavior Requirements:
To ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons and pets, guests affirm that their dogs are healthy and free from communicable diseases or parasites. All dogs must be current on core vaccinations, including Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, and Bordetella, and be on an active flea, tick, and parasite prevention program. Puppies must have completed their full vaccination series prior to entry. Dogs displaying illness or distress—including coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, open wounds, or lethargy—must be immediately removed from the premises.
Dog Play Area Use:
Prohibited Uses of the Dog Play Area:
· Dogs declared dangerous by authorities;
· Dogs with a known history of biting;
· Dogs not on parasite prevention;
· Non-canine animals;
· Dogs that are pregnant or in heat.
Permitted Use of the Dog Play Area:
The Dog Play Area may be used for:
· Dog training and exercise;
· Socialization between dogs and owners;
· Responsible beverage consumption using provided steel containers.
Guest Acknowledgement of Risks:
Guests acknowledge that participation in activities at Paws4Wine involves inherent risks, including but not limited to animal interactions, outdoor environmental hazards, and activities involving other guests and pets. By accessing or using Paws4Wine facilities, guests voluntarily assume all such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
Paws4Wine provides its facilities and services “as is”, without express or implied warranties. Paws4Wine does not guarantee guest or pet experiences, nor does it assume responsibility for third-party vendors, products, or services offered on-site. References to patron verification do not imply guarantees. Paws4Wine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paws4Wine and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data, or for injuries or damages arising from the actions of guests or pets. If applicable law limits these provisions, they apply to the maximum extent allowable.
Indemnification:
Guests agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Paws4Wine, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
· Breach of these Terms or facility rules
· Actions or omissions by guests or their pets
· Misuse of the facility or injury to persons, animals, or property
· Violations of applicable laws or regulations
· This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
Suspension and Termination:
Paws4Wine may suspend or terminate access to its facility or services, without notice, if a guest materially breaches these Terms, engages in illegal or unsafe behavior, or acts in a manner that endangers others, animals, or property.
Agreement to Arbitrate:
All disputes between guests and Paws4Wine shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA). Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. Hearings shall occur in Rockwall County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed. Each party bears its own costs and attorney’s fees unless a claim is deemed frivolous. No class, collective, or representative actions are permitted. All arbitration proceedings are confidential, and the arbitrator shall apply Texas law and recognized principles of equity.
Binding Effect and Severability:
These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship. The Terms bind and benefit each party and their successors. If any provision is found invalid, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to remain valid, and all other provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Guest Acknowledgement of Terms of Service:
By entering the Paws4Wine facilities all guests understand and agree to abide by the Paws4Wine Terms of Service and associated policies outlined in this document.
